SPREADDANCE – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Workshops & Classes

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend (must inform us 24 hours before the workshop).

  • In case of instructor cancellation, a full refund or credit will be issued.

 

2. Event Bookings (Weddings, Performances, Corporate Events)

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 20–30%) is required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed by the date mentioned on your invoice.

  • If you cancel:

    • More than 30 days before the event → Eligible for a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

    • Less than 30 days before the event → No refund issued.

  • If we are unable to perform for unavoidable circumstances → Full refund including deposit.

 

3. Costume Rentals

  • Rental fees are non-refundable after pickup.

  • A security deposit may be required and is fully refundable if items are returned:

    • On time

    • In original condition

  • Late returns, damage, or stains will result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.

 

4. Special Workshops / Masterclasses

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Spreaddance.

  • You may request date transfer (if available) up to 48 hours before.

 

5. Online Classes / Virtual Sessions

  • Non-refundable once access or meeting link is provided.

  • If there is a technical issue from our side → rescheduling or credit will be offered.

 

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

 

7. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend a booked session/event without notice → No refund or credit will be issued.
