• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  SpreadDance reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without refund.

• By participating in our classes or choreography sessions, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and assume all associated risks.

• SpreadDance is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during classes, rehearsals, events, or performances.

• Please inform instructors of any medical conditions prior to participating.

 

6. Media Release

By attending classes, workshops, or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before attending the session.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All choreography, routines, videos, images, and class materials created by SpreadDance are our intellectual property.

• You may not copy, distribute, teach, sell, or reproduce any choreography without written permission.

• Personal-use videos (e.g., practice videos) may only be shared privately unless otherwise approved.
